@Riot Why are ADCs allowed to get away without buying Lifesteal?
I just played a game vs a Xayah that would heal 100+ (at least) every few autos and she didn't have a single lifesteal item besides Doran's blade for the entire game (I also had Brambel's Vest). All she had was an Ardent Censor and Warlords Bloodlust. This is seriously not okay. ADCs don't lose anything by going triple Crit. This meta isn't fun Riot.
