WW is getting reworked and Kog is getting reverted... The only 2 who buy Wit's more then 10%
It still has a sub 10% buy rate on everyone besides WW and Kog. Even champs like Kayle and Shyvana who would by all means be able to use an item like it well don't bother with it often. Teemo doesn't even care for it that much. Yes they are all ocasional buyers but hardly anything to write home about
The MR shred is unreliable to apply and greatly gates the item to being good only on high magic damage champs who auto attack a lot.
What made this item actually bought in season 2? IT was not limited to being only good for magic damage champs who auto attacked frequently. A early to mid game power boost that provided some magic damage to AD heavy champs but was less then ideal for the slot efficiency late game.
And just a reminder it needs 42 again.
