I'm really sad what happened to Lissandra. She never deserve anything like this...

Over the course of the years alot of the mages and broken midlaners like Aatrox, Irelia, Akali fell off. Lissandra just ended up being the chosen one randomly, because she was able to use a tank runes effectively and while the damage Meta is going up and up.

Lissandra never provided alot of damage to the team even though she was suppose to be a burst mage, she provided alot of CC and utilities to the team.

Her base damage and ap ratio were extremely low for a Mage, even supports have higher base damage and ap ratio than her.

Now she is getting a huge nerf on her bread and butter on the PBE on top of the aftershock huge nerfs.

Lissandra was never the problem, it was because the champions that use to be able to deal with her are utterly gutted and do no damages. - LS

She is literally a former shadow of her old self. Everyone begged for Lissandra buffs, and what riot did? A Tanky CC abomination that does no damage.
