exhaust and ignite are instant. meaning the only way for her to parry them is if you hit her with the summoner when shes already in parry stance.

you could ask why tryn doesnt get affected by ignite while his ult is running, or when someone is kayle ulted, or when someone activates zonyas. same reason. qss also can isntnaly remove summoners (and by the way, her ult).
