i can literally sense the 8 year old in you
A good yasuo is a scary thing. But any champ can be scary when played well.

The critical part to that equation is the gap space for 'playing the champion' and 'mastering' the champion. Not even counting how much of a hurdle it technically is to reach that point of 'mastery' and whats left is mostly pro level tier play like precise Yasuo Dashes and timing your tornado's into juke plays to screw with your opponent mentally and timing it at that moment to still clip them for that ultimate. That's what i feel what makes Yasuo OP in my opinion(Overloaded kit, easy to pick up for a 'average to adept player of LoL', just like the same argument where he is 'tough' to play, yet he has the same 'difficulty' bar as plenty of other ease'it champions), if you already have general MOBA knowledge and know how his kit interacts, then you likely already can pull off his ridiculous plays with only reaction times for wind walls and dashing set ups to be your biggest menace to screw you over which plenty of other champions practice the same gimmick for wind wall (Sivir Shield and Fiora Riptose) which are definitely more difficult to properly employ with the windows and interaction intents for them. :/
Just like the Helmet Bro: Yasuo video, It only takes one Tornado to have Yasuo make things explode especially when he is loaded up on his critical power that applies to his Q strikes, Shiv procs and all that other stuff he can interact with. Especially when you also consider on top of his gimmicks, his Q applies on hit effects, very sure it also applies to his 'Spinning Slash' for Q while he is dashing and the tornado itself, which means it can also make use of the critical hit bonus, on hit bonus and plain have 3 forms which all still apply the same damage with 100% AD scaling, crit'able and on hit'able effects.
Even if his 'crit strike damage' is changed to +90% instead of +100% and the Q crits are +75% instead of +100%. It still doesn't change the fact that the interaction and scaling works scarily strong, even though technically only his Q and R scale off of AD, his W is a utility and his E scales off of AP. Its literally one of those retarded scaling that is just put in place for stupid reasons and its note exactly a skill for damaging either, even if you had around 300 AP, making you dish out 330 magic damage hits on max rank before you include the up to 50% damage bonus which makes it become 495 on the dash, which would still require doing 2 dashes first before you can do that much on the third dash.
Yasuo might as well get the crit damage modifier changed to 60% and 50% respectively for regular crits and Q crits to least make crit damage exploitation a little less viable on him, ""IF THEY ARENT GOING TO TWEAK HIS DOUBLE CRIT CHANCE!"". In the end Yasuo is still tacked on as a 'Fighter/Assassin' not a 'Assassin/Fighter', so his kit should work for fighting against opponents and not playing like a dirty juke and Assassinate when he catches you out of position champion.
But yeah, any champion is scary, but that doesn't mean they should be allowed to play outside of their roles(He ain't a Tank, He ain't a Support, He ain't a 'main Assassin type'). Because if a champion breaks what its main role should be, then its more of several questions that why they exist in that position, why is their kit so versatile that it shouldn't be on the role they are and why weren't they properly put back into the place they should be listed under and not be playing in a completely different style then even what their main AND sub roles are.
[zombie-brand-facepalm]
I feel that champion is way too strong. But maybe it's just because of the champs I play.
