i think that fizz's playstyle should be made more punishable

as the title says, unlike zed the fish can go 1v5 every couple seconds while being hard to punish any harder than zed can be his early game is his weakness, but at the same time he matches other mages in strenght so its no like you can just keep him down becuase you risk giving him an easy snowball into victory
