A list of broken champs people complain about
(when built tank)
(for some reason even though she has the lowest win rate and lowest play rate of any adc other than quinn and urgot)
(anyone else remember season 5 and the start of season 6?)

26 Champs people constantly complain about. All of which are unique in their own way which make for healthy gameplay. I'll start off with the one that made me make this post,
, ranged burst marksman. Firstoff, his burst really only comes into play when he's in melee and you're against a wall, other than that, his damage output is pretty low, especially if you're in lane, considering his auto's are blocked by creeps. His melee range damage increase allows, and pretty much requires him to build tanky to survive. Honestly, I believe that he is one of the coolest designs in the game, simply because he has quite clear weaknesses, but when you misplay or engage on him in the wrong place, you are greatly punished.
Now, I'll only comment on one other champ, and that's Kalista. Now, I'm not sure where all this "such unhealthy design for a champion" thing came from about kalista. Her ability to orb walk as a passive is a pretty cool idea if you ask me, since most higher elo ADC's will attack-move anyway, this allows for it to be done without any extra commands. Now, Kalista has a play rate of 1.76% with a win rate of 45.77% according to Champion.gg. Now, according to the same site, Ashe is sitting at the highest win rate at 54.52%. Now that's a huge gap, and I'm not sure why people are taking Kalista and saying she's op and unhealthy. Her AA's only do 90% of her AD because of her E and how fast she wants to attack. She can't cancel her AA's as part of her passive. She only has 2 damaging abilities ( the only ADC that has less damaging abilities is Urgot and most ADC's have 4 damaging abilities) If anything the only thing I view unhealthy about Kalista his the vagueness on her E. I believe their should be a kill mark (like Zed's ult) that will signal when Rend will do enough damage to kill the target. I believe this will allow more accessible and easier to read counter play.
