Passive - Focus: Basic attacks add 1 stack of Focus (Critical Strikes adds 2 stacks). Upon 'X' stacks of Focus, Ashe consumes Focus buff and her next basic attack gains 100% critical strike chance and and gains 'X%' attack speed for 4 seconds.
Same Crit Strike flavor, but rewards what she should be doing (auto attacking). Added attack speed buff as a semi reliable damage buff for mid to late game.
Q - Frost Shots: Ashe's next 4 basic attacks deal 'X' bonus magic damage (this should be a low amount) and applies 'Frost', slowing the target by 'X' for 1.25 second. If a target is effected by 'Frost' multiple times, the duration of 'Frost' is extended (not refreshed) by 1.25 sec of the remaining debuff Duration.
Her signature slow, but condensed into a few attacks. Still slows when it matters, no wonky on/off toggle, and adds some counter play. Duration extension to not punish increased attack speed, rather reward for apply slow faster. Works well with passive's attack speed.
**W - Volley: **Ashe launches a volley of 7 arrows in a cone, applying 'X physical damage' and applying Frost. If Volley hits a 'Frost' champion, slow duration time is extended by 1.25 seconds and the slow strength is amplified by 30% for the remaining duration.
Same as before, with the added benefit of hitting an already frosted champ resulting in an enhanced slow.
**E - Hawkshot: **Fires a skillshot revealing a small area (350 radius). Enemies revealed in this radius are applied 'Hawkeye' debuff for 4 seconds. Ashe gains vision of 'Hawkeye' champions and gains 'X%' increased critical strike damage (not chance) against the affected target. (Cooldown should be reduced)
Increased gold passive was just a cover up to allow her to access bigger items faster to offset her lacking damage from kit. If the kit is better, the gold gain should be removed. The vision was novel utility, so it has been retained (with a lower sight radius). Gave it a unique in combat buff for crit damage. Though used primarily used early for utility, would have some interesting play with passive. Adds some needed damage for mid to late game.
R - Enchanted Crystal Arrow: Same, and applies Frost affected champions.
Same things, but apply frost for possible follow up with Volley.
Still has her CC flair (in opportunity windows now), as well as situation damage increased (which damage is her most lacking aspect).
