Why hasnt hec, zac and nunu been nerfed yet?????
too busy nerfing champions that dont need to be nerfed thats why. fail balance team is fail.

EndlessSorcerer2 votesZac and Hecarim are back primarily due to meta changes. Namely, they excel at ganking and diving onto squishy champions with low mobility, many of which are currently rather popular (i.e. Kennen, Jayce, Miss Fortune, Jhin, Vel'koz, Nami).
Nunu was literally just buffed this patch and won't see nerfs until the next patch is released.

Nunu's bonus hp is down to 2% from 3%.
Zac's leap now has a circle landing indicator(think Cho Gath's Q).
