Is building banner and zzrot together still good?
Title. and if so, which champions is it still doable on?
I was wondering because of the recipe change on banner, now building out of raptor cloak

Zz'rot's nerf hurt it so badly in effect that I rarely see it built at all. That said...
These items are built for Defensive Split-Pushers currently. You could build them on all splitters, but some like Fiora and Gnar have better choices.
They can also be used in utility for siege, typically seen on Tanky Supports and pure utility Supports like Janna.
no not really.
i use to get banner if i needed some cdr, ap, armor and ap on my tanks but now they took the ap from it and just recently changed it again i harder ever get it.. however its best vs teams that have shit for wave clear or a heavy ap comp cuz they cant kill the super minion easy.
but in days past i use to get 
on maokai with his natural wave clear and the sunfire passive and banner i could split and create pressure to lanes and then TP back into fights when needed
