Also I have never seen intended picks banned by my team.

I admit my top picked Teemo so I banned him. Then he picked Heimerdinger and I was happy and we won. Without knowing his pick intent I would have been a sad panda

You're lucky he didn't troll. I can't even count how many games I've had ruined by trolls because someone banned the champ they wanted to play. Saying things like "you banned my champ now I troll". I even had an Azir lock in jungle with summoner 14 summoner 3 to not only take away my main champ but troll at the same time, just because someone banned Elise.

Can't be afraid of trolls in league, gives them to much power. I don't negotiate with terrorists or trolls. But yes in banning Teemo I fully expected to get trolled. Happy I didn't

I haven't seen too many ignore it.

As a support player it's super important so I know whether I need to bring a tanky champ and what will synergize best with my adc/team.
