Gragas now has a negative winrate in Platinum+

I was looking at champion.gg for 5.10 and it surprised me that the nerfs to Gragas resulted in a significant winrate drop. He's now under 50% despite being picked a lot. Did anyone actually expect it to matter that much? I know his visuals were deceiving but I figured people realized it wasn't accurate anyway.
