👏Why👏Does👏Fizz👏Still👏Have👏Bleed?

But it's a bad skill for Fizz to have. Like, there is no justification for him to have a bleed.

Like, Shaco is more deserving of the skill that stabs someone to watch them bleed and letting them bleed out before executing them.

Like, I know they changed it to just be an auto attack buff, but it still has the bleed from it's original design. Why?
