Looking good so far but there are some issues that need to be taken care of:

rylais is still prevalent and just as obnoxious
ghostblade is still picked on champions not intended for (Jhin, Jayce, graves) -vayne needs to be nerfed immediately ; the invisibility lacking counterplay plus the burst of her infinity edged shiv q is too much. -rengar still bursts harder than anyone in this game.
shaco is utter garbage; honestly he has been pretty much nerfed into oblivion (ad shaco that is ) -I don't understand why a support that got caught gets to have impact on a fight even if he just died. ( that new item )
it's a little depressing that some champions now burst harder than assassins themselves(like Annie , Syndra, vayne , full ad vi and j4 etc )!

Duskblade needs to be addressed as well as ADCs are pucking it up more than assasins.

Indeed. Honestly, the fact that you get more armor pen based on the enemies level is a big buff to adcs who are usually under leveled and are always fighting people ahead in levels.
