Anyone seen a good jhin yet?

Title. Every jhin i have played with / against has done poorly. It feels like he doesnt do any damage really. His ult tickles me when i get hit by it. Maybe its just my elo but i really think jhin is under powered.

He IS underpowered. His only strength atm lies in his trap, which is so easily avoidable. I guess constant complaints about riot releasing OP champs made them release weak champs and reworks lately. Poppy was very weak after rework, Shen is completely useless. Illaoi is also weak and useless, even after recent buffs. I guess Kindred was only one neither weak neither too strong on release. Lets hope Taric rework will make him stronger :D

i have done ok with him but he is a bit odd to use still kinda learning him if his W fired a little faster he would be pretty awesome atm

Ive seen "good" Jhin players, but they still didnt do a lot because this champ is kinda weak.

I think the biggest problem with jhin, is his performance vs. his potential, Tons of potential but you need to outperform your enemy laner to achieve it, yeah his ult tickles if your at near full health, but if your under 50% don't get hit by more than two bullets
