This is what ranked is like right now ( if you want to win)

1. que your main role + midlane because that makes it most likely you don't get autofilled.
2. op.gg your entire team. if you have 2+ auto fills you have to dodge or you will likely lose.
3. pick one of 2-3 meta picks in your role unless you are a OTP with >60% winrate, then it's fine.
4. if your team picks an off-meta role, check if they have >60% winrate with that champ, if not dodge.
5. check overall teamcomp: if they have more CC you should probably dodge even if their comp makes no sense.
6. check overall teamcomp: if they have a ardent support and you don't, dodge.
7. check overall teamcomp: all AD? dodge.
8. check overall teamcomp: their jg is a stealth-based champion? dodge. (solo que am I right).
9. if there is bickering in the pregaame chat, dodge.
10. if they got that broken 56%+ winrate champ that Riot just won't fix, dodge.
11. if someone on your team is playing a newly reworked/released champ, dodge.

These rules aren't hard and fast but they are the key to having the highest winrate possible and that's why this game is a lot less fun than it used to be.
