I personally feel her W's passive , Her E and her R need some work.
This is the Pirate event, and there's even a captain MF skin coming up don't waste it! make her shine! !!

Her W passive lets her immediately outtrade all ADCs except Kalista early game (including Draven since his Q is BONUS AD), it can stack up to 130 damage easily late game and makes her really annoying to counterbuild for tanks, because she'll do damage regardless of any build.
Her E is utility, it allows her to check brushes, engage, disengage, chase, follow up on ganks, It's the main reason why she can synergize so well with every support and jungler in the game, she has a high ranged, strong AoE slow.
And her ultimate is really strong, it's so good for teamfighting if you use it right and I'm shocked people want it buffed. It's a high ranged AoE ultimate with I believe 1350 base damage if you include the full duration not including the fact it applies your W passive on each bullet.
I actually just played an ARAM game with the new Miss Fortune, though it was ARAM our Irelia AFK'ed/Troll fed half the time and the only other non-support on my team was our Xerath. We lost, however I got so fed against a team comp that's designed against ADCs and a team comp that would instantly win every single teamfight ever.
Miss Fortune is really strong and I'm happy with the changes.
