A nice buff to Bard would be giving him more W stacks

That would be nice and would give him some extra power. Most bard players don't even bother using W stacks I see it but it would be nice please.

As a bard main, I think he's fine... Hes been top 10 for plat + all season after he got his first buff.

And if they wanted to buff him further, I don't think that would matter because I rarely ever have the time to get all 3 shrines out as it is. Increasing the cap would do nothing. They may as well drop the mana cost down another 10 or increase the ratio/ MS if they really wanna buff his heal.

I generally do not want a bard buff, especially on W. mostly because i think he is in an ok spot, and any buff on W would result in shaving off power in another location on his kit. Bard is pretty fun, and his W is the least fun part of his kit so why would I trade the more fun ability for the less fun?

that being said, if a buff on bard's W is to come, making it into a magazine system, is the way to go.

Bard is in a perfect fine spot. The only thing he could use is such that his chime speed boosts fall off one by one instead of all at the same time. Makes his roaming smoother and less prone to speed crashing if a chime is slightly out of reach.
