Give Wukong a new passive

It is such outdated trash. It has no effect on his laning, it does absolutely nothing in team-fights because of how high magic and armor pen are and it's nothing more than an incredibly weak stat check that doesn't benefit him at all. I don't know if Riot has any plans for reworking Wukong, but for the time being, we could really use something, especially after you gutted his Q because he was abusing duskblade.

Every other champion in his class Fighter/Assassins have a means of keeping themselves alive. Fiora with her heals, Riven's gigantic shield, Jax's ult gives him magic and MR (and a substantial amount might I add).

Should do the same as with Talon, he also had a horrendously outdated passive and some tweaks needed on his main kit. Give Wukong at least a single source of damage that's not guaranteed to hit, and give him some kind of gameplay in his passive and he'll become healthier and way more interesting to play.

They should change it to % damage reduction, and make the value for the first enemy champion twice as strong. Or an entirely new passive would be cool, something similar to Sudden Impact would be cool, where after he dashes/uses invisibility he gains a shield/lifesteal, potentially stronger the more enemies are nearby.
