Riot, what do you think of Teemo?

His kit really hasn't been changed at the fundamental level, and has been annoying in lane but overbearing. Do you think he needs changes? Because right now he feels like a meme champion to me.

They released Gnar . He is basically Teemo that doesn't hardcounter some toplaners (you can fight him, if you dodge his stuff) and he is not useless in teamfights. Teemo's problem is that if he is strong, playing vs him becomes a nightmare. He is often banned in Dominion and Ascension.

It would be hard to meaningfully change Teemo without full-scale rework, his kit sounds like random abilities put in there to annoy you, but it's actually really cohesive.
