Syndra, Orianna, and Ziggs. The Identity Crisis.

They have no clue what they're trying to be, so they do everything, and they do everything well. They're the Irelia of bruisers, except they've rarely been nerfed.

Amazing damage? Yes. Most of it is AoE, too. Ever been hit by an 800 damage Ori, ZIggs, or Syndra Q? What about half of your team being hit by it every 3 seconds? Amazing utility? Yes. We go as far as to give one of them a stun, one of them gets an AoE displacement, and one gets a knock-u. Amazing zone control? Yes. Two of them can zone you out before you can even think about getting near them. The other one creates zone control by throwing down a minefield.

But they're easy to gank! Huh? Syndra has a stun, or at the very least a knock-back. She can use it to stop you from dashing, too. Orianna has a shield and a speed boost. If you reach her she can toss her ball slightly behind er and press R. Ziggs can slow you and if he's really "in trouble" he can just press W and get away scot-free by jumping over half the lane.

Something NEEDS to be done about these three champions. They can NOT exist in their current state. Pick one of the three. Or even 2, but not all of them.

Listing abilities in a champions kit doesn't make them op. I am unsure of what the issue is with any of their kits. What is that these champs can do that other champs can not? Or are you saying they are so good you are unable to outplay them at any point in any game at all skill levels.

The thing is that the strongest utility mage has the burst of the strongest burst mage, and one of the best burst mages has tons of utility.

And they both have incredible zoning. So strong that it's almost impossible to get near their minions without losing a lot of health.

That just simply isn't true. Let's compare shall we? I will use Annie and veigar, two traditional burst mages with hard aoe cc(stun) against ziggs and orianna whom you claim have the same burst and utility. Ori q level 1 60+50% ziggs q 75+65% Annie q 80+80% veigar q 80+60%+stacks Ori w level 1 70+70% ziggs e 40+30% Annie w 70+85% veigar w 120+100% Ori r level 1 150+70% ziggs r (center) 250+90% outside 200+72% Annie r 210+100% veigar 250+120% +%enemy ability power. Notice anything? Annie and veigar not only have better bases, but completely outscale both these champs who have the "same burst". Utility wise ori and ziggs both have a slow and slight knock back, where as Annie and veigar have large aoe stuns. Personally I find a 2 second stun way more valuable than a slow/knock back combination. The other point you make is their zoning potential. Zoning itself is a mechanic and you can. Do it with any champ when played right. Cait has 100 range on most ADCs does that .make her an op marksmen? Not at all, her laning phase can be rough but it is all about how you get around it. Their kits being designed for zoning isn't an issue. Shit Annie can zone with her q all day long and it isn't even a skill shot lol at least ori and ziggs can just miss. Oh and I watching tsm vs c9 the other day and watched bergjerson get ganked as syndra(who he is known to play extremely well) 3 times before his tower went down. Nobody is ungankable it literally depends on your skill as a player. All my numbers are from the leagues wiki btw and I left out each of their utility spells even though I'm aware most deal DMG or mitigate it. They just usually aren't used to trade.

The issue is that they do all three amazingly well, which is what appeared to go over your head. It's great to compare ONE aspect from one champion to THE SAME aspect from another, but unless you compare all three, it falls flat as a comparison.

Being amazing at all three is what makes it stupid and so stifling.

Not at all...? Ziggs is irrelevant right now. He's a decent laner, decent teamfighter, decent counterpusher - but not amazingly good at anything anymore. A boring, but balanced champion.

Also, lol at the implication the Ziggs nerfs are rare. He's been smacked every other patch or so for the past one or two months.

He's most definitely still relevant. Despite his nerfs he's still extremely powerful and still falls into this category of mages. In slot 3, which is why i listed him third. He's the least offensive, but still an offender. Would you like to talk about the other two instead of just Ziggs?
