Champion Mastery Question

I was just curious if champion mastery was tailored to give rewards based on individual champions. For example: Does soraka get better scores in champ mastery based more upon her healing amount, does Xerath get more for the more damage he deals and does leona get more points based on amount of CC she lands? Obviously KDA plays a role too but was wondering if other metrics might play a large/larger role dependant upon the champion and position played.
