They scale of how stupid your opponent are. About how they feed the hell out of those 2 champions and comes to the forum to QQ about them asking for nerf. When they clearly have simple counter infront of them. Why do you think those tentacle have Hp and those turrets too? DESTROY THEM AND FIGHT THEM HEAD ON. Illaoi is super mega awefully slow that even a cho gath 6 stacks can dodge her tentacles. Heimerdinger gets instan popped because besides Flash and his E there is not much escape for him.

Here is a strong counter, Azir Sand soldier can attack the Tentacles, gives you a huge amount of coverage against her abilities!
