Small Viktor Buff

Ever since the mage mana changes Viktor has been feeling the squeeze on mana usage, his Hex Core usually fills the role of his mana item and it simply doesn't give him enough. I feel way more mana gated on Viktor than any other mage.

At level 18 with a fully upgraded Hexcore it only provides 450 mana at 25 per level. This is paltry compared to a normal mana item.

What I'd suggest is a tiny increase to 30 mana per level for the fully upgraded Hexcore which would give a total of 540 mana at level 18.
