Viktor Ult Disappearing After Death

I've had it happen a lot recently and 2 times in the last game I just played as Viktor. If you die whilst your ult is active it's supposed to just stand in place wherever it was, until the duration ends.

However with this bug as soon as you die the Chaos Storm disappears as well. It's rather detrimental to gameplay as people can get away with diving, killing you and surviving when it should've been a 1 for 1 trade.

For example if they get caught in your Gravity Field but they kill you, the final pulses of Chaos Storm can finish them off given they're low enough and it happens rather often, but with the bug there's 0 chance at getting these kills which you should've had, since Viktor ult is supposed to last until the duration ends.
