i think that ekko should get a minor reallancing

a part of his ap ratios in exchange for base damage

to make it less punishing for him when he doesnt get fed and to make it less punishing for his enemies when he is

he has realy nice counterplay, and i think that among assasins he beats zed when it comes to being healthy

but once he gets that ap counteplay goes to hell since skirmishing assasin removes you with a little part of his kit

also what i consider a nice change would be reducing his e's cd when he blinmks to a champion he should be less gated on entering and exiting the fight
