Ryze was a good rework. It makes his combos more sensible rather than just "Mash the buttons in whatever order the cooldowns will allow". He also got a better model, splash art and character.

if thats true then the most annoying comp ever shall be created. yorick top, zilean middle, GAs on adc and engage, at the most you'll have to kill someone 4 times before they stay dead

Such exploits have been around for a while.

Aatrox/Zac/Anivia with their passive Guardian Angel, Taric's ult, Zilean's ult, Kayle's ult, and current Yorick's ult. Of course, gimmick teams like this don't work. The enemy usually sees this coming.

The only way you wouldn't is by making it so he can revive a champion who is already dead, bringing them back to life on the spot. It would be pretty interesting to do, but I imagine it would be full of bullshit and insanely exploitative, going both ways.
