Regarding Teemo as a champion

Teemo isn't in a good position. I feel he should be a bit higher on the rework list and not at 2018.

With the item changes, buffs, and introduction of highly-mobile champions - he's not a viable champion at all. But here's the issue. Teemo is mechanically dry - he's boring. His state is so bad that there's not even a point in buying him. He's not even that tilting anymore with control wards and sweeping lens trinkets.

He's unviable because: •He takes no skill or mechanics to use right. •Many champions now are faster than Teemo - making his W useless. It's such a small buff and inefficient passive that should be removed at this point. You can take a Jayce or a LeBlanc and they can still get to you. Or let's just get Renekton to dash twice or how about a Diana's burst combo or what about stormraiders on Nasus? He's supposed the be "SWIFT" Scout. He's honestly the slow scout. These are just examples. •WIth all the shields, Teemo's poison has no point. It's really little and useless. Even squishies shouldn't be that worried about Teemo's poison if they get at least 30 magic resist and have lifesteal. The only big boom would be his shrooms. Then again, there's my next point. •No point of Teemo's kit with control words revealing invisible units and oracle/sweeping lens trinkets disabling his shrooms. He doesn't have his "global taunt" or the main part of his kit. •The Q is really the only reason for Teemo. Hence I max it first as Teemo for the range and damage. But hey - magic resist and armor can shut that down too.

I can easily carry games with Teemo or go Teemo ADC due to my game knowledge with the champion. But it gets boring because it's not because I'm destroying them by my super power omega right-clicking OMG RIOT NERF PLZ abilities but because people make misplays and I know how to capitalize on that as Teemo. I know how to place shrooms across the map and in teamfights to lead into plays or get kills or waste trinkets.

I would love to see how I'd do against Diamond players as Teemo to see what truly makes him so pitiful right now but I'd have to climb my way through a horde of trolls[Yeah, not going through that torture].

That's his whole kite negated in a nutshell.
