Eve's AP build now?

For all you Eve players what is your AP delete a player off the map build now?

How about Twin Shadows as a second item. Your thoughts. Like? Dislike? I was thinking now with the new Runeglaive enchant's unique passive you won't be ever building IBG, LB or TriF and loss of 40 AP & 10% CDR maybe this would be your second item subbing in for Magus.

For me it goes something like:

Runeglaive>boots>???>Luden's>Deathcap

For raw delete-a-player power, you can't beat Deathcap. It gives you the most damage output from a single item. It does more damage than Luden's or Lich Bane (as a first big item.)

Deathcap is in the build, but not as the first item after the jg enchant.

why? it increases your ap by a lot, but actually, that's about a 10-20 difference in damage on her Q

compare that to 100 + 15% of your ap (which on ludens should be 100-120) so you're now hitting for about 120 extra magic damage every few hundred in game distance or 10 casts

10 casts might be lower, but eve is a highly mobile champ and often a chaser, so bursts of 115 on top of her Q is pretty good early

just expensive

Because you will generally only get one Luden's proc per assassination. It gives you more instant burst, but Deathcap gives you overall more damage if you hit more than two 1-2 Qs. The difference isn't huge. Buying Luden's first is also fine, but it doesn't scale as well into the late-game and doesn't really give you extra damage over the item which does. Luden's is, however, cheaper and gives movement speed.

At first I thought Luden's was a better first choice too, but after someone said Deathcap provided more damage in another thread, I ran the numbers and concluded that Deathcap is the better purchase.

Basically: Deathcap gives better damage to casters who get to use multiple spells, while Luden's is better for poke mages who tend to only use one spell at a time and want the most damage out of that one spell.
