ashe E max for laning?

with E having so many buffs and ashes disengage now being a passive. Is it safe to say maxing E is best for the laning phase?

  • I like to go E, W, Q in that order.

  • E is a a global now and 1 charge can check half the opponents jungle so you can set up counter ganks

  • ashe really stands out more with being able to shut down aggressive junglers and CC lock mobile carries

It's got two charges already, so you should be using it effectively anyways, plus they removed the gold gaining passive. And on the chance you do catch the enemy jungle out of position, you need those constant long range slows from w.

No. You won't do enough damage if you Max E first. Her new Q has good potential DPS and her W is great poke. E is a great 1 point skill because it doesn't really change too much with points outside of CD. Maybe if it got a bigger radius with ranks I would consider maxing it second.

Max Q first if it's a passive sustain lane, max W first if you're going to poke the hell out of them, don't bother with more than 1 E rank ever. All you get is a shorter cooldown on the charges, which isn't really that important.
