Whenever you slow an enemy with Glacial Augment (ie. the autoattack debuff or the ray fired from using an active slow item) you apply one of the following debuffs (adaptive): The enemy deals less damage to you (scales off your AP), or the enemy takes more damage from you (scales off your AD)

-The slows procs on your first ability AND/or first basic attack
-Bypasses slow immunities to certain somebodies can ignore a whole rune cough 
-Deal bonus adaptive damage when damaging a slowed or immobilized champion

I think it is good as a niche keystone few people use.
If you make it good enough, every damn champ in the game will be using it.
That's not a world I want.
