Why the Juggernaut class will forever be unbalanced

#TLDR: Juggernauts as a class have too many abusable weaknesses with this mobility and cc creep.

Juggernauts are low elo stompers, but rare in pro play. Well, why is this?

This is because Juggernauts have fallen behind. These days, most champions have mobility and/or cc. Juggernauts on the other hand, have ALMOST NONE OF THESE. Thats their class weakness.

Juggernauts have been designed to fail because of this cc and mobility creep.

Overall you cant change this class without changing their identity and without breaking them.

Juggernauts need more late game damage. In this adc meta juggs often have to build tankier to even attempt to survive and their damage suffers for it.
