Whoever is responsible for Dawnbringer Soraka deserves a raise

Like, the skin is so perfect and elegant. The colors are so easy on the eyes and the animations and effects are so magically magic.

It makes me happy that Riot didnt forget about her, her new skin is easily the best one by far. Soraka really deserves this skin, She can easily outheal all damage late game and this skin reflects her support role, she's like a Goddess. I'm getting it as soon as it comes out.
