@Riot cassio interaction between others champs poison and twin fang.

Hello, I try to learn to play cassio bot lane and 1 times of 10, I get a singed or a teemo support. They do that because their own poison can allow me to get twin fang bonus damage without having to hit a Q or W.

The problem is while they can think its a decent combo, it's actually terrible because they have close to zero utility.

I would rather Riot remove this interaction considering its pretty rare to see it used beside in this off meta case.
