You are completly wrong with Morde and Skarner, specially with Skarner...

I'm Skarner main and I prove a lot of differents builds, and I can say that is not efficient anymore, because brings the passive "Rage" and the most useful stat on Skarner: CD. So it's a lose of efficient money cost.

Also the Sheen passive continues strong on him, so you can found a good synergy with specially with the CD part.

He now needs the juggernauts items because he's a juggernaut now and has more efficient performance with his kit ratios, I notice he performs very well with these two: and .

Like most of his items grants HP, he can maximize the "effectiveness" with , also helps him to clear more fastly.

Finally he needs a little bit of tenacity and MR to balance his kit so: .
