I hope you aren't talking about the ranked game you played today. He was definitely not "tanky", as you say. He only had 1000 bonus health and no resistances other than his MR seals. If you are walking into his stars while he is afk, that is your own fault.

Mb. he right clicks his way up to you, presses S and waits for you to take dmg. If you move he can move again then press S.

He relies on his 50+ second cooldown ult and summoner spells to get away from assassins/divers. You were ryze, just get on top of him while hes cced and blow him up.

Can't do that was a "tank" Graves who's fed asf is riding my cock. Even if I walk past Graves, I'm perm slowed and cant kill Sol fast enough because every item gives him 5000hp.

Actually, I'm pretty sure that Ryze outranges him, especially if you lock him down with your stun, or if you apply your Q damage through a spell fluxed minion wave.

Bait his Q, dodge in and out of his stars, and shove your runes up his dragon butthole.

Better yet, don't dodge, .. just walk up to him. He can't really do anything if you are on top of him. He literally can not stun you because his Q has a minimum range.
