get buffed. Im legitimately asking, not because i think jinx is op, id much rather fight jinx than other adcs but i would like to know.
all adcs if fed can be and will be hyper carries.

Jinx SHOULD HAVE BEEN an early powerhorse ADC outclassed by hyper lategame carry ( like vayne, twich and kog ) ..... lame fact is that she gets so much advance in laning phase that dominate the whole game
Because unlike Azir who has mobility and escapes or GP who builds durability, Jinx can't peel for herself very well if you jump on top of her and is likely to die under focused fire.
I think whether an ADC is a lane bully or not is more dependent on who their supports are, if anything...
So in this case, even a Kog'Maw, Ashe, and Vayne can be "lane bullies".
because Jinx is terrible atm
