Can Lucian get his ad ratio on his w back?

I feel like lucian is supposed to be a spellcaster, yet his q is his only spell that is actually usable in short fights (where lucian is supposed to excel at). Since you nerfed Lucians problems, can you give his caster esq play style some love.
