Does Cass need a new Ult?

I feel as though Petrifying Gaze isn't really all that great a fit on Cass, the supposed "poison mage". She can petrify people with her gaze. Why? Because it's a reference to Medusa? Not particularly original, or even interesting.

Should Riot give her something else? Maybe like:

Fatal Attraction: Cassiopeia channels for two seconds then leaps at target champion. If she reaches her target she suppresses them for three seconds and deals 300/400/600 (+1.5 AP) over the duration. (Can be stopped with CC.)

Really what I would like to see happen to her ult is keep it the same as it is now except turn it into a venom spit so it does it's damage over the 2 seconds they are stunned. That way instead of a burst of damage it goes with her DoT damage and can be amplified by her new E.

I think her ult would be cooler if it was a finishing move and champs it slays appear as statues until they respawn. I'm thinking % missing health magic damage and partial refresh on champ kill/assist.

She definitely could make use of her tail in some way (snakes do constrict their prey after all), I'm surprised it was entirely left out from her moveset.

Because she already has a ton of ranged damage. I didn't really go too in depth but I was thinking of it as a finishing move. Like +1% damage for every 1% of health missing from target. You wear them out with long ranged harass them move in for a tight and deadly embrace...

And it's because she's not melee that it's allowed to be powerful. You have to charge it up first, and if you use it at a bad time you can get yourself killed. But if you manage to separate a squishy in a team fight or wait in the bushes for Tristana to splitpush up near you....

I have a full kit rework in mind, but I think I'm a bit late in the game. Riot is probably sick of trying to rework her by this point. :P (The highlights can be Tl;Dr as thus though: Her kit gets better over time like Kha and Viktor's. Can pick upgrades for Q, W, and E at 125, 250, 375 stacks. R upgrades at 500 stacks.)

No. I want to replace her ult with ANYTHING beyond "Look at how pretty I am!". The example I used is a 2 sec ranged channel like Fid into a high damage 3 second target and self suppression like Malzahar+Warwick.
