Why does all the other assassins have counterplay but rengar has none

rengar will kill you before you even have time to zhomyas. yeah im going to build that on an adc, <, pink wards wont stop a rengar from oneshotting you in 0.01 secs, rengar will one shot her, <, <<, <<<, <<<<, <<<<<, <<<<<< and hard cc will only affect rengar after he gets a double kill on your mid and adc

oh i forgot to add GA sec. but yeah, you can put a pink ward down when you know he has ulti'd and then you can exhaust/cc him or just blow him up before he can even leap. I cry every time wen the enemy floods the river with pink wards and then they do baron and i cant run up and instagib because they see me =[

And if you're computer is too slow then thats your problem not rengars. There is plenty of time to zhonyas when rengar is jumping on you.. If you are bronze, and cannot do so, then maybe thats why u are bronze xD Then again, i doubt you will see too many good rengars in bronze..

If you have a pink ward, you can see him BEFORE he jumps in on you, and CC him then.

Also, countermeasures ARE A FORM OF COUNTERPLAY, kinda like counterpicking. The best countermeasures you can take against Rengar are grouping, deep warding (to see him before he starts to ult), placing pink wards around the map, and informing your teamtates to look out for him before a fight starts. If he's left untouched, then he totally will kill you, but if you put a pink right in the middle of a fight, keep a sharp eye out for him, and nab him before he can do anything, then he's useless.

ALSO, almost EVERY assassin has low counterplay, not just Rengar. They all have one thing in common: they WILL kill you VERY quickly, if not instantly, if they are left untouched during a teamfight. Either A: You use a lot of crowd control on them, or B: You outdamage them. That's their nature, and as long as they exist, it isn't going to change.

Not really, the exclamation point barely out ranges rengars leap. But the time you get the ! and drop a pink ward he is close enough to jump.

I do agree with team fighting in the open such as baron or dragon pit, a pink wad will usually help there.

rengar has the lowest amount of counterplay while almost all the other assassins have some sort of actual counterplay.

Poppy sticks together with Squishi --> W prevent Jumps. --> Pushback or HOMERUN to base Rammus sticks together with Squishi --> Q Prevent Jumps --> Taunt

Any forms of hard CC may counter Rengo aswell-

Just played a game with a poppy support and enemy rengar jungle. The chain of events you llisted for poppy don't happen. Most people wont even be able to get poppy's W off before rengar jumps. Only thing you can hope for is to survive long enough for the poppy ult.

Keep a Pink Ward on you at all times.

When you feel Rengar might jump on you, put one down. If you don't have one, tell your support ( Who should have sweeper ) to Sweep the area for you.

Poppy's W stops dashes. Could stop Rengars ult if the Poppy player is fast enough. Most Poppy players aren't so it snot really rocket science. His warning (!) is like only 200 units further than his leap, you get less than half a second to try to react, most people wont.

How about learning something other than a perfect case scenario to call a champion balanced.

well literally anyone can kill a katarina, tbh she is one of the easiest assassins to play against, maybe even the easiest but counterbuilding is countperplaying because you use them WHILE fighting not BEFORE, you arent going to use zhonyas before a fight are you?

I think the problem is QSS and thus Mercurial do nothing against Rango (actually not true, but not as much when you compare to the other assassins. AND WHERE THE FUK IS KHA'ZIX ON ThE LIST OF ASSASSINS???), so ADC's pretty much can't counterbuild him. You wanna build Zhonya's on ADC? Well, even if it slightly worked, your still gonna lose and then get reported for trolling.

QSS actually does work - Rengo can't catch you if you QSS his snare/slow and slow him, so even soft CC will help.

well with kha'zix really you just need to stand next to anything ally so he cant get the isolation damage and qss doesnt work because qss wont save you from getting 100-0'ed in 0.01 seconds

It'll stop him from getting a second Q, or maybe even the first one if you have ur team with you. Which effectively stops him from 100-0'ing you.

Also, countering Kha'Zix is much harder if the enemy also has someone like Annie, because the Iso range is so long (450) you'll have to eat a 3-5 man Tibber's to the face.
