he has an even higher ban rate than Sejuani right now, and an even higher popularity. Yet for some reason saying he is "OP" is considered bad. Like, if u say he is op, that you are just so unbelievably wrong. While people talk about how sej is op and basically get the entire world on their backs. I personally dont play either champions, and find them both very strong. But why is Gragas able to go so far under the radar?

Without damage, regardless of role, a champion is actually useless.

And I disagree greatly with you statement, If a champion had hard CC instead of damage in their kit I would actually argue it better than a small amount of damage with mediocre CC as far as supports go. Here's an example, This support has a group blink as his ultimate and has a 3 second stun, a 3 second silence, and a 3 second Entanglement (meaning they cannot attack or cast abilities like amu ulti) none of his abilities do damage, but that might be the most overpowered thing I have seen.
