For the longest time, I never really saw anyone talk about Nami because of how balanced she was as a support. Likewise, I never really see anyone talk about Sivir either, when all the other marksmen apart from maybe Ashe can get loads of threads about them at a time.
Is Sivir good? Is she bad? Is she balanced? Who knows? I don't.
Eh. She's pretty balanced. A bit too strong against people not able to dodge her Q very well, but pretty balanced overall.
I think she kinda vanished recently, though, due to losing a core item.
Sivir is balanced for sure because she is very weak if you are bad with your q and spell shield, but if you can land q always and never get ccd ur wave clear is op and your damage becomes very high, also a great team fighting adc.
She does what she's supposed to do quite well. When her purpose isn't needed, then she's not great.
"What she's supposed to do" is, I think, waveclear and facilitating fight-forcing
