Thats literally all you have to do riot. Dont give us their summoner name, just show their current ranked winrate, and number of games played.

does nothing, people goof their win rates by dodging.
In my opinion if they just started banning level 30 bot farmers the amount of smurfs would go down significantly.

Also, whats wrong with grinding? Why are you expecting to be handled your rank just like in S9? Where even dia was worthless?
Now even for gold, you have to work and you can feel awarded since majority of players sits in silver.

I want to say that this follow up tweet was to reduce the community outrage, but I believe they are still keeping smurfs at lower mmrs, or at least slowing down their climb. I have played with a 97% wr silver 2 at plat 2.

But ask yourself why they haven't done aboslutely nothing against smurfing all these years. And actually, why they have have made it even worse by forcing everyone to grind their elos. [ "The climb takes a lot longer now. This is intentional." ]
If you want less smurf, they should be connect to phone number,max 2 acc per 1 number.
