New Cinderhulk Clear Speed
With the changes made to the immolate effect on Cinderhulk (doesn't ramp up in damage anymore, but deals double damage to creeps), I'm wondering if this should greatly increase jungle clear speed.

Reverbe1 votesIt does, I think for a full clear on junglers like amumu or sej, it takes off an addition 4-5 seconds.
Voluug131 votesActually, its supposed to be slightly better, remember even if it longer scales in combat, you get the total damage inmediatly instead of waiting the stacks. So yeah, its a buff to clear speed that somewhat covers the other nerfs directed to kill its lane usage.
