Why. What is even the point then? Why even make this change if it gives away everything immediately?

So it's useless early-game when it matters and useless late-game when boxes die before they get a chance to arm. How are you going to drop a box in a teamfight and have it survive and still get the drop on anyone if you're revealed?

Are you trying to say that box arm time is going to be reduced? That box health is going to be increased? Somehow, very unlikely.

It is painfully obvious that you never play Shaco and have probably not touched him once in your entire League career. I don't mean to be mean, but... Why argue about a champion you know nothing about?

Ok, here's the thing you're not getting:
In Season 1, Shaco could cast spells from stealth without revealing himself. That proved too strong so they allowed only his W to be cast from stealth. Apparently, still too strong. Not strong anymore, but:
You can currently place a box behind an enemy laner and hope against hope they run into it as you're hitting them because it destealths you. This will be the exact same thing. You're revealed for a moment and they see everything. You either engage right then and there like before, or you let them run away. There is zero point to this change the way it stands currently.

It doesn't hurt or aid him. It's a useless change and therefore useless to have. If it doesn't reveal him, it would be good, but it does, so it's pointless.

Which has been through plenty of internal testing. As a player and avid 6 year Shaco main, my opinions do matter on Shaco.

Currently you haven't tested him, we still don't have the exact changes on him, and it has never been tested with briefly revealing him before. At least wait until you have some more info before being so adamantly against it.
You are hating on a change without knowing exactly how the changes are going to play out. Don't say you do know either, because you don't. The game has changed a LOT since then and the way it is working, and they way the rest of his kit works, is different.
As you said, this has been through some internal testing so clearly they had a good reason for letting the public test it out on the PBE right?
