I've completely stopped playing LoL from June last year to June this year. I couldn't stand the game anymore and I honestly never imagined coming back. Since I came back, I'm having alot of fun playing my boy Vel'Koz and for some reason I'm even more dominant with him than I already was. I just unlocked Sylas last night and even though I'm pure trash with him, his kit is tons of fun. Stealing ults is so original and has so much potential for outplays. First game I tried, I kept stealing Sivir's ult to chase her down and destroy her. First time I ulted a Jayce I got massively confused even though I play Jayce. Getting Lux's ult and going all in on her just to have her flash and giving her a taste of her own medicine (final spark) is so satisfying.

I have no idea why I don't see him that much. Good job who even designed him.

its because he's inherently broken as a champion. This is the entire reason you find him fun.

He has everything you could possibly want in a kit.

He has AOE, waveclear, poke. stun. slow, a dash, shield, healing, a passive that does damage because you landed something, a pull, and he has the ability to use ultimates BETTER than the champs they were designed for.

This is why he's so 'fun' to play because hes fail-safe and makes the enemy team miserable.

Like most of certainly T's designs. Fun to play, extremely unfun to play against.

Tell us again how fun he is when you're the one laning against him.

hes a fun champ but a champ they keep constantly buffing and gutting its getting annoying trying to keep up with his changes since its a fucking mini ryze rework every patch.

thats probably one of the million reasons you dont see him

Sylas has got some changes incoming.

Right now, his passive spin does 30% damage to minions. They're buffing that to 50%.

His Q is getting more damage, both in the base and the AP ratio.

His E is having the cooldown reduced and the mana cost go up, but those won't change as you put ranks into it. He'll gain the shield on the first cast, but it will be a magic-only shield. The missile is faster, but the stun is shorter.

His ult cooldown is getting increased, especially at max rank. It'll be short enough to have every fight, but you won't be able to steal multiple ults in a fight.

In short, they're pulling power from his ult in order to buff his waveclear, damage, and mobility, and the magic-only shield hurts his toplane and jungle viability. They want him to be a midlaner.
