in a interveiw doublelift a prominent vayne player says vayne is bad

(don't have link yrt) I've main her and feel that vayne lacks a little ooomf so my idea is to give vaynes passive a bit of a buff

everytime vayne proc's silver bolts she gains vision of that champ and %10 movespeed for 60 seconds stacking up to 4 times

this I feel will help with vayne and themetically fits her kits as a ruthless nighthunter
