Riot/PBE tester:A question about Thunderlord Keystone Mastery and certain champions.

Thunderlord's Decree Your 3rd attack or spell on an enemy champion shocks the area around them, dealing 10 damage per level plus 20% of your Bonus Attack Damage and 10% of your Ability Power as Magic damage to enemies in the area (30 second cooldown)."

Based on this wording, how would this interact with champion specific abilities like Pantheon's block or Jax dodge? Would they nullify it or would it no affect the extra effect? I don't know if Riot has messed around with those champions in the PBE yet and I remember Meddler saying (though he said it was a rough estimate) that they'd look to update them in the preseason.

While I'm on the subject of things that nullify abilities, how would item 3102 interact with this? I don't know if it has been changed or removed on the PBE, if it is then please ignore this portion.

Look to Statikk Shiv to figure that out if they stay consistent (if). Banshee's Veil wouldnt nullify it since it isnt a spell. If it is attached to a spell... probably not.

I don't understand why it's 30s cooldown, I mean it's way too high

PBE tester here

  1. Counter, block, etc. don't block it.
  2. Banshee's does not block it

Not that it matters, since the new Deathfire Touch mastery is infinitely better (u can't have both)
