Do people get ban if they are vulgar in non-english language?

Recently I encounter really vulgar polish player. I'm from Poland too so I know what he was saying, now I know why you guys hate us :/ So here comes my question, do Riot detect if someone is vulgar if thay don't speak english? I've never saw a chat log on boards from non-english speaker.

Vulgarity (like most other toxic play) is only bannable if someone in-game minds it (as shown by their reporting). Once one player flags a player's behavior as disruptive, the game is then reviewed by Riot's robot-Tribunal. Since Riot has a huge number of Polish players (especially on the EUE server), I imagine they also have built out their roboTrib in that language.
