@Riot: What is your stance on a tower-building item?

With Zz'Rot Portal coming in the next patch (check PBE), it feels like towers are becoming more and more useless as S5 gets underway. But at the same time, all those anti-tower mechanics will eventually run out of uses once all of your enemy's towers are dead.

Unless your opponents have an Azir, presently, they will run out of turrets. To that end, I think there needs to be an item that you can use on tower ruins to temporarily make a new turret (like Azir's passive). It'd last 1 minute, have a long cooldown, etc.

I'd certainly like to see this as a niche support item.
